KILLERS OF A RELATIONSHIP DREAMS

WHAT IS THE ESSENCE OF A PREMARITAL RELATIONSHIP?

There are two categories of people in a premarital relationship

1.     Those who see it as a way to prepare for a blissful and heaven-on-earth marriage.

These people see the issues they encounter training materials  (in form of external pressure, individual characters, compatibility, vision alignment, temperamental differences, e.t.c), and they use this period to address these issues, manage the unsolvable ones or probably say nice goodbye if they can’t cope.  These people see premarital relationship as a home building project plan or courtship

2.     Those who see it premarital relationship in the perception of

i.                    A response to emotional call

ii.                 An upgrade to another stage of life

These people are in relationship for its pleasure, to overcome loneliness, or be like their friends in relationships. They see premarital relationship as a trial or dating

For most of the people in the 2^nd category, their relationships mostly crumble along the way. On the other hand, some of the relationships manage to escape but into “manageable marriages” just like an animal which escapes a hunter’s gun shorts, but with lots of bruises. This may later lead to its death of such a matter of time. This is as a result of the challenges they would starting encountering, which would make them to start fighting battles in marriages, which they could have overcome in courtship.

NOTE: Marriage has its challenges, but a huge amount can be handled during courtship, to reduces pressure in marriage (through openness, checks, plans & prayers)

RELATIONSHIP is the foundation making time, MARRIAGE is the home building time. But many start to destroy wrong foundation in marriage and start to rebuild in marriage…What a labour!

Such (a marriage) is even uneasy for Christians, because they cannot just opt out into another with the next man/woman whom they feel could make it work better. They either carry their cross or stay alone as the bible explains, which either was not part of RELATIONSHIP DREAM
